| Snow Hill Retail |  | This retail development provided convenient retail and restaurants near a growing residential area. The positioning of the buildings provides the maximum leasable space and required parking, takes advantage of the views into the site from nearby highways and provides ample green space to maximize natural filtration of storm water. The design provided an upscale look for the anchor grocery chain to be consistent with the neighboring residential development. The tenant spaces and out parcels were arranged to allow efficient and easy circulation, maximizing the ability to separate public and commercial traffic. |
